Q: What kinds of events is the venue best suited for?


A: Our space is designed for meaningful gatherings that value connection, breathing room, and a more intentional pace. We host weddings, celebrations, corporate off-sites, wellness retreats, workshops, showers, and private events designed to bring people together in a beautiful, grounded setting.

Q: What is the maximum size of events you host?


A: We are best suited for events of 150 guests or fewer. This allows the space to feel comfortable, connected, and never overcrowded.

Q: Are you an open vendor venue?

A: Yes. You are welcome to bring in your own vendors, with the exception of security and bar service. We’ve found this balance gives you flexibility while ensuring a smooth and safe experience for everyone.

Bartending services are $60 per hour, with most events requiring 4 to 6 hours of service. They’ll work with your timeline to ensure everything flows naturally from first pour to bar close.

Q: Who provides the alcohol?

A: You provide the alcohol, mixers, ice, and cups. If you’re unsure how much to plan for, they are happy to offer general guidance based on your guest count and event style so you’re not left guessing.

Q: Does rental time include setup and teardown?

A: Yes. Your rental time includes your setup and decorating time, as well as one hour at the end for cleanup and packing. If you feel you may need additional time, we can discuss options in advance, so your day never feels rushed.

Q: What is included with the venue rental?

A: All rental includes access to the venue grounds, our indoor event/reception spaces and covered pavilion, outdoor areas, and on-site staff support during your event. Other amenities are dependent on the selected package. We’ll walk through the details together so you know exactly what to expect.

Q: Is security required?

A: Yes. Security is on-site beginning 15 minutes before guest arrival and remains until the venue is fully Vacated closed for the evening. This is standard practice for events to helps ensure a safe, relaxed environment for you and your guests. Security typically costs around $55 per hour and averages 4-6 hours.

Q: Can we bring our own food?

A: All prepared meals should come from a licensed vendor or caterer to help ensure food safety and compliance with local guidelines. Smaller snack-style gatherings may allow additional flexibility depending on the event. We’re also happy to share a list of trusted caterers who bring both professionalism and personality to the experience.

Q: What A/V equipment and Wi-Fi are available?

A: We have a projector, screen, speaker, and microphone you can rent if it's not included in your package. WiFi is currently a limited resource, so we recommend planning accordingly if your event relies heavily on connectivity. We’re continuing to expand this capability.

Q: Will staff be on-site during our event?

A: Yes. Our team is on-site throughout your event to support the space and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Q: For corporate off-sites or wellness resets, do you have recommended speakers?

A: Yes. We can connect you with highly experienced speakers like a mindset coach, an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist who helps teams improve communication, alignment, and overall effectiveness, and more. Their work bring clarity to how people operate together, which is often the difference between a meeting and real progress.

Q: What can we do at an off-site or retreat besides meetings?

A: Plenty. Walk the Denton square, explore nearby trails and lakes, enjoy live music or local markets, or simply pause and reset.

Some of the most valuable moments happen in the quiet spaces between agenda items.

Q: How far are you from hotels and dining?

A: There are several lodging and dining options within 15 minutes of the venue. We can make recommendations if you like.

Q: Do you require one-day event insurance?

A: Yes. One-day event insurance is required and is simple to obtain. Most policies are under $150. We can point you toward providers to make the process easy.

Q: How do I reserve my date?

A: You can reserve your date through HoneyBook or by reaching out via text or phone. We’ll walk you through the next steps and make it simple.

We have a list of preferred vendors we know and trust to provide excellent service. You are also welcome to bring in your own vendors, aside from security and bar service.
